At Viski, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional-grade barware. If you are not delighted with your purchase, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Glassware

  Carefully repackage your items in their original Viski branded boxes and secure them within a sturdy shipping carton with adequate protective padding.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned barware, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
